What kind of cars do you accept?
We accept 2016 or newer sedans, SUVs, and crossovers in good to excellent condition with a clean title. Vehicles with high demand for rideshare and delivery services are preferred, such as the Toyota Camry, Hyundai Sonata, Chevrolet Equinox, and similar models.
How is my car protected?
Your vehicle is covered by our comprehensive commercial insurance policy. Every vehicle in our fleet is also equipped with GPS tracking and remote engine disable technology. We conduct regular maintenance inspections and ensure all drivers meet our strict qualification standards, including background checks and driving record reviews.
How and when do I get paid?
Partners receive a direct deposit on a monthly schedule. You will have access to a partner dashboard where you can view your earnings, vehicle status, and maintenance records at any time.
What if the car needs maintenance or repairs?
We handle all routine maintenance and repairs at no cost to you. This includes oil changes, tire rotations, brake pads, and other standard wear items. For major repairs beyond normal wear and tear, we will consult with you before proceeding.
What are the tax implications?
Income earned through the Fleet Partner Program is considered passive income and may be subject to taxes. We recommend consulting with a tax professional. We will provide you with all necessary documentation for tax reporting purposes at the end of each year.
Is there a long-term commitment or contract?
Our standard partnership agreement is for a minimum of 6 months. After the initial term, either party can end the partnership with 30 days written notice. We believe in earning your trust through results, not locking you into a contract.
How many vehicles can I partner with Legacy Rides?
There is no limit. Many of our partners start with one vehicle and add more once they see the returns. We welcome multi-vehicle partners and can discuss volume arrangements.
